Mug Cosy

Somehow during work hours I was double booked by others, thus only being one person I went to interview a potential new hire. Apparently, I chose incorrectly, interviewee was horrible and I missed a good meeting.

You see my old boss, the one that I LOVED working for, was at the meeting I missed and offered up my knitting services. A mug cosy for another manager that travels frequently to a colder climate. We are putting a care package together with tea, mug, mug cosy etc.

So, here is what I had to pull off in one evening:

Pattern: Knit as I went
Yarn: Rowan RYC Cotton Jeans
Colorways: Hemp & Sierra
Needles: Hiya Hiya US 5

The funny thing about this is who it was knit for is a male....love the pink and purple stripes?
